Cognitive ability training
1, directional listening training: training children to pursue objects. Use toy sound to attract children to find sound sources in different directions and distances, thus stimulating the development of children's sense of orientation. Train 2-3 times a day for 3-5 minutes each time.
2. Color perception exercises. Let children see more pictures, toys and objects in various colors, and tell them the names and colors of objects, which can greatly promote the development of baby's color cognition.
Sports ability training
1, practice sitting posture
Sit-up exercise: When the baby is lying on his back, the thumb of both parents is inserted into the baby's hand for him to hold, and the other finger gently grasps the baby's wrist, so that the baby's hands are straight forward, the palms are inward, and the hands are shoulder-width apart, and then the baby's hands are gently pulled forward to lift the baby's head and shoulders off the bed surface. At this time, the baby will try to bend his elbow and sit up hard, keep this posture for 5-6 seconds, then gently let the child lie down and repeat it for 2-3 times. Sit-by-sit exercise: Put the child on a sofa with armrests or a small chair with a backrest, or put some pillows and quilts behind his back to practice, and then gradually reduce the number of times the child puts them on, 1-2 times a day, 2-3 minutes each time.
2, hand movement training
Reaching for something: By reaching for something, children can expand their visual range, let them feel and understand the distance, and develop their hand-eye coordination ability.
