First of all, about the garden

3. Solid teaching and research activities. Teaching and research activities can do special topics. For example, this week is "Language Teaching and Research". As the leader of a sales team, I am an example for everyone, a driver and an motivator of the sprint, but I didn't do it, and I didn't start from my own sales performance. Everyone's personality will be flawed. I lack passion and desire, so my personality has influenced my team. Therefore, if my team wants to change and be positive, only the change of leaders can inspire everyone. So, the first step I want to do is to change!

2. The work efficiency is not high. Work efficiency affects the implementation rate. My work efficiency is not high. The reason is that the goal is not detailed, the plan is not implemented, and the task allocation is unreasonable. All the teams I lead have this problem. Therefore, changing and cultivating habits is the first step.

3. Lack of communication skills. Listening, speaking speed and speaking freely are all my shortcomings, so I will try my best to improve my communication and speaking skills. The best way is to practice, accumulate in practice, take the initiative to receive parents, sum up yourself in the process of continuous learning and gain ability.

Therefore, the most important thing for the counselor and myself is to start with the attitude, be brave in correcting and admitting my mistakes, treat the problems correctly, and don't misunderstand them extremely. Besides, I need to learn to listen. Only by learning to listen first can you speak. I will communicate with my parents slowly and accumulate experience and ways. And as a department leader, we should straighten our position, actively influence the team, lead the team to complete the task, actively find problems and methods, make overall plans and make proper management.
