Standardization legislation of early education comes first.
Professor Peng, director of the training center of Fujian Children's Development Vocational College and deputy director of Fujian Kindergarten Teacher Training Center, pointed out that at present, early education institutions in Fuzhou are mainly run by the people, while public early education institutions are still in their infancy and lack effective standardized management. Many early education institutions have deviations in teachers and teaching concepts, and some early education institutions mislead early education concepts, resulting in mixed early education institutions.
Regarding the regulation of the early education market, Professor Peng believes that this requires relevant departments to legislate for standardized management. The supervision of the health and safety of early education institutions, the supervision of the charging standards of early education institutions, and the supervision of teaching materials and facilities and equipment all need laws to follow and management can be implemented. Therefore, it is more important and economical to standardize the early education market and use normative documents such as laws and regulations as soon as possible.
