University of Hong Kong PGDE application requirements:

1. Undergraduate background education materials in related disciplines (Chinese and English diploma+degree certificate+complete transcript)

2. Vocational skill certificate (music, sports, etc. )

3. Language transcripts (IELTS recommended 6-6.5/ CET-6 450-520 or above)

4. Work certificate

5. Provide relevant documents-try your best-statement-recommendation letter to improve the admission rate.

6. There will be professional written tests and interviews (it is recommended to improve the admission rate of music-related works)

This course enables university graduates to become competent and confident teachers in primary schools in Hong Kong. It provides participants with the opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed by fully qualified primary/secondary/early education teachers, and also provides them with the opportunity to understand the responsibilities and obligations belonging to the teaching profession. In addition, this course aims to cultivate students' commitment to students and lifelong career development.
