Pour in flour

Stir with chopsticks to form floc.

Knead into a smooth dough

Cover and ferment to twice the size.

Cut the dough into 6 parts.

Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a long strip of about 30cm.

Place the sausage in half at the fold.
