The scientific planning of our kindergarten is the determination of the garden site. Combined with the distribution of our office villages and the pattern of county hospitals, I am very much in favor of the layout and idea of the Education Commission's current three parks and one center. Although it is clearly pointed out in "Several Opinions of the State Council on Developing Preschool Education at Present" that villages and towns should build parks independently, and small villages should set up sub-parks or jointly run parks ... However, because all the villages that merged kindergartens are within 2km of newly-built kindergartens, the transportation is convenient, and the village cadres and the masses also recognize it (have consultation). Second, I plan the stratified development of preschool education, that is, to adhere to the idea that inclusive kindergartens and quality kindergartens go hand in hand and walk on two legs. Pratt & Whitney Kindergarten relies on the school buildings in South Korea, Qiancheng and the city, taking the road of public welfare, striving to build a public service system for preschool education covering urban and rural areas and with reasonable layout to ensure that school-age children receive basic and high-quality preschool education; High-quality kindergartens should rely on the existing central park and the first early education center to be established in our county, adhere to high-standard planning, high-standard design and decoration, high-quality teachers (taking the road of expert guidance) and high-level management, set up experimental classes for children through the "four highs", realize high-reputation quality education, and dare to compare with experimental parks and golden cradle kindergartens. Meet the needs of the people in the old city for preschool education, and even attract some students from Handian, Mingji, Qingyang and other towns.
Second, cultivate a refined team, pay close attention to management and highlight characteristics.
"Learn from others' strengths, increase investment, standardize system construction, improve evaluation system, integrate teachers' resources, and rapidly improve the quality of teaching guarantee" is the current and future work goal. Only by doing a lot of solid and effective work can we achieve better results.
(1) Standardize the system construction and constantly improve the evaluation system.
Pay attention to standardized development and gradually improve various systems. Organize and carry out various activities in a planned way, and use one-day activities to observe and evaluate teachers' work, attend classes and evaluate children's development, so as to make the evaluation system more perfect and reasonable. Praise and reward high-performance teachers at all staff meetings, and help and encourage low-performance teachers. In this way, teachers' pursuit of material benefits under the market economy system is affirmed, teachers' strong sense of personal achievement is satisfied, teachers' personality is respected and teachers' self-esteem is protected. So that they will not be arrogant and lose gracefully, form a United, competitive and upward working atmosphere, and gradually mobilize the enthusiasm of faculty and staff. Gradually push the relatively perfect evaluation system to the whole office.
(2) Standardize teacher training and gradually update teachers' concepts.
First, increase the study of teachers' professional ethics, pay attention to improving the service consciousness of teaching staff, and strengthen their love, patience and responsibility through a series of measures. The second is to organize teaching staff to concentrate on learning advanced theoretical knowledge. Third, take the way of inviting in and inviting out, strengthen teacher training, focus on improving the professional level of preschool teachers, hold regular educational activities, outdoor activities, manual appraisal, etc., and promote the "professional, refined and standardized" development of teachers.
(3) Standardize teaching and research activities, improve the quality of one-day activities and highlight the characteristics.
Taking the optimization of one-day activities as the breakthrough point, we try to try it out in the class led by the teaching and research team leader and gradually expand it to all classes in the whole park. Selected highlight classes are open to the whole office, which promotes the overall development of village-run parks. Strengthen kindergarten-based teaching and research, focus on class micro-lessons, focus on cultivating children's good quality of lifelong benefit, guide teachers to carry out teaching and research activities independently, and comprehensively improve children's development level. Highlight characteristics, carry out characteristic activities, and cultivate children's comprehensive ability. At the same time, innovative, vivid and colorful theme activities such as art, language and handicrafts will be carried out to continuously improve children's language level and comprehensive quality, and gradually form the unique educational style of each park.
(4) Pay attention to family cooperation and gradually realize family education.
"Parents are presidents!" Parents should be invited to listen to teachers' lectures, expert lectures and children's activities regularly, so that every parent can become the protagonist of education; Participate in making kindergarten development plan, supervise food purchase channels, check class hygiene and supervise cooking process. Parents participate in every activity. By participating in various activities in kindergartens, parents can improve their parenting level, understand the hard work of teachers, enhance their trust in kindergartens, better understand, cooperate with and support the development of kindergartens, and realize co-education in their homes.
