What is the real reason why more and more children are nearsighted?
In recent years, there are more and more nearsighted children. Personally, I think there are three main reasons. One is the rise of various electronic products and televisions in recent years. Long-term use of electronic equipment is harmful to children's eyesight. Secondly, in recent years, parents and teachers pay too much attention to their children's academic performance, which leads to heavy schoolwork and has to face books for a long time; The third is that both parents are nearsighted, which leads to genetic inheritance, and children are more likely to be nearsighted.

Let me explain these three factors that lead to myopia in children's eyes:

(1) Excessive use of electronic equipment, such as mobile phones, televisions, computers, etc. Nowadays, in order to concentrate on their own affairs, many parents will choose to give their electronic devices to their children when they are crying. Of course, children are also happy to play with these electronic devices, so they have the opportunity to contact them for a long time.

As we all know, this is the biggest culprit of children's myopia, and the electronic equipment itself is designed according to the adult's eye condition. Its bright light mode is not good for children's eyes at all. Children don't pay attention to the way of playing, and they don't have good self-control ability. After a long time, my eyesight naturally declines.

(2) Children have a lot of homework and basically have no play time after class. Arrange various cram schools and art classes during the holidays. Nowadays, children are really hard, with more homework and more cram schools; As a result, they have almost no time to play, and they are prone to myopia when facing books for a long time.

(3) Because parents are nearsighted, they are greatly influenced by genetic factors. Now many children's parents are nearsighted. In this case, children are prone to myopia. On the one hand, it is genetic inheritance, on the other hand, because children are used to wearing glasses since childhood, they naturally have a yearning for glasses.
