Xi 'an Engineering University, referred to as "Western Project" for short, is located in the world-famous historical and cultural city Xi. Northwest Institute of Textile Technology, founded by 1978, developed. Its predecessor was the Textile Department of Beijing Higher Institute of Technology established by 19 12, and then it developed through the Textile Department of Engineering College of National Beiping University, the Textile Department of Northwest Associated University and the Textile Department of Northwest Institute of Technology.
