The organizational structure of Korea Sport University consists of three parts, namely, teachers' committee, school affairs committee and coaches' association. All departments of the school are divided into five parallel parts: 1. Administration: including academic affairs office, student affairs office, general affairs office and training office.

2. Undergraduate College: including Sports Department, Physical Education Department (night school), Sports Training Department, Sports Entertainment Research Department (including night school) and all the following night school parts: Health Management Department, Safety Education Department, Dance Department, Youth Education and Leadership Department, Taekwondo Department and Sports Department for the Disabled.

3. Graduate school: including master's degree and doctoral degree in physical education.

4. Graduate school of sports and entertainment research: including lifelong master program of sports, master program of health management, master program of sports news and broadcasting, master program of safety management and advanced course program of sports management.

5. Affiliated institutions: including library, student lifestyle research center, computer center, student dormitory, medical center, sports planning research room, sports science research institute, gymnasium, university museum, liberal arts research center, community fitness research center, international sports exchange research center, press office, social education center and health and sports promotion center.
