Guo Tu Concert Hall is a state-owned enterprise under the National Library of China directly under the Ministry of Culture. Located in the north of Zizhuyuan Park with pleasant scenery, in the courtyard of National Library, guarding the south gate of Zhongguancun High-tech Park.
