Based on the principle of mutual benefit and common development, Party A and Party B have reached the following cooperation agreement through consultation:
1. Party A acknowledges and declares that Party B is the professional development partner (i.e. experimenter) of the new education experimental teacher.
Two. Party A's responsibilities:
1. Insist on recommending suitable professional reading materials.
2. Provide services irregularly according to the reading situation of experimental individuals. Services are mainly based on the network, in the form of thread-following, reading guidance and reading guidance.
3. Recommend excellent franchisees and excellent theme posts, constantly highlight cases, and let cases lead everyone forward.
4. Make every effort to build a QQ group, especially the "5,000 New Education Teachers Reading Club" QQ group, and build a "Meet Friday" reading brand in the ideal classroom QQ group.
5. Provide all franchisees with high-quality experimental materials, and provide excellent franchisees with books, materials (such as "New Education" magazine) and training services.
Three. Party B's responsibilities:
1. The franchisee must fill in and submit a formal application form and photos to the project team (see Annex 2 for the application form).
2. After the franchisee submits the application form and photos, it will receive a reply from the project team. Please set up a personal theme post in the teacher professional development section of the online education forum as required, which mainly records the professional reading situation and can also upload educational cases.
3. Franchisees should record the books they have read in detail in the theme posts and submit reading notes. In principle, two reading notes should be sent every month, which can be long or short.
4. Franchisees should submit a professional reading or professional development summary every year, which should comprehensively review the books read in the past year and their professional development.
5. It is suggested that franchisees often participate in the discussion and exchange of * * * reading through forums, blogs and QQ groups.
6. Franchisees should buy their own experimental books. The project team only provides bibliographies and does not engage in any commercial activities. They can order through Dangdang, Joyo and China Teachers' Book Network.
Four. In any of the following circumstances, this agreement will be automatically terminated, and Party A has the right to ask Party B to quit the QQ group of this project:
1. Not uploading reading notes for a long time;
2. Spreading advertisements and illegal information in forums and QQ groups;
3. Those who do not listen to advice and maliciously attack others;
4. People who are keen on chatting and have long made remarks unrelated to the experiment;
5. Other serious violations that hurt the team culture.
6. This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party, and shall come into effect as of the date of formal signature and seal by both parties. As long as Party B always abides by the rules of the agreement and insists on participating in teachers' professional development activities, this agreement will never be terminated.
