The library is mountain-shaped, with two floors in the middle and three floors on both sides. The middle floor is 150 multi-function hall, and the second floor is the reader's accreditation, consultation and retrieval hall. The left and right exit corridors are connected with the north and south sides to form a whole, and readers can move smoothly in the borrowing area on the second floor. There are stacks and electronic reading rooms in the north and reading rooms and office areas in the south. Fire control and safety monitoring facilities are complete and reasonable as a whole.
