Hunan Agricultural University, referred to as "Hunan Agricultural University", is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China and the Hunan Provincial People's Government, the leading construction unit of the National "20 1 1 Plan" Collaborative Innovation Center, and the first batch of pilot units for the construction of new rural development research institutes in China.
