Due to seasonal changes, the opening hours of Beilun District Library are adjusted as follows from September 1 day, 2022:

Beilun District Library (No.288 Zhonghe South Road) is open normally from Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Monday).

Borrowing room 1, borrowing room 2, borrowing room 3, newspaper reading room (reference reading room): 8: 30-20: 00.

Hall service desk and children's borrowing room: 8: 30- 17: 00.

Local literature room and visually impaired reading room: 8: 30-11:13: 30-17: 00 (Tuesday and Friday).

Study room: 8: 30-20: 30 (Monday to Sunday)

Beilun District Library was established in June 1985, when Zhenhai and Beilun were established in Zhenhai County, it was officially opened in August 1, 1986.
