Liaoning University Library was established in 1948, formerly known as Dongbei University of Finance and Economics Library, Shenyang Normal University Library and Shenyang Russian Institute Library. It is one of the important literature resources and information service centers in Liaoning Province. The existing building covers a total area of 4 1.869 square meters and consists of Chongshan Campus, Puhe Campus and Liaoyang Vu Thang Campus Library, in which Chongshan Campus Library covers an area of 1.8470 square meters and Puhe Campus Library covers an area of 1.9000 square meters.
