1. Book purchase and collection are not comprehensive and objective. In some cases, due to position or prejudice, the library may deliberately ignore or exclude certain viewpoints and cultural heritage.
2. There is bias in library management and service. Due to the cultural background and political differences in different countries and regions, librarians may intentionally or unintentionally favor some cultures and viewpoints, ignore or abolish other cultures and viewpoints, and bring readers different degrees of confusion and narrow vision.
3. The opacity of library culture and values. Library culture and values are often considered to be inherent or difficult to quantify. This may also lead some managers or employees to abuse their powers and promote some ideologies.
