What are the responsibilities of internal periodical editors?
I have been engaged in internal magazine editing for more than a year, and I want to share with you what I do.

1, thematic planning for each issue;

2. Draft negotiations with distributors, employees or relevant partners on each issue;

3. Collect and write daily company news; I have to attend every activity and meeting of the company, shoot the east and west with my camera, and then come back to write a press release, which is particularly annoying! )

4. Compilation, typesetting, proofreading, submission, printing and distribution of the last issue of the internal journal (it is best for the editor of the internal journal to operate basic common software such as PS and CDR);

5, do corporate culture (in fact, it is handyman, company wall newspaper, VI, activity promotion and photo taking, leadership meeting speech ...)

6. Some enterprises attribute the editing of internal periodicals to the marketing department and also do advertising copy (because many enterprises now regard internal periodicals as a tool to open up markets, and the content of soliciting contributions is also closely related to brands, market trends, enterprise promotion, distributors, etc.). This is closely related to the positioning of internal journals. I was in the marketing department, but the salary was not ideal. Now I'm switching to market planning. )
