2. Fix the boom.
Use expansion bolts to fix the suspenders, and use Ф 6 suspenders. One end of the grid suspender is welded with L30*30*3 angle code, and the other end is larger than 100 mm screw sleeve tap, or purchased finished screw welding. For the derrick that has been completed, rust prevention should be done well. The suspender is fixed on the floor by expansion bolts and punched with an impact hammer. The aperture should be slightly larger than the diameter of the expansion bolt.
3. Installation of light steel keel
Light steel keel needs to be hung on the derrick. If the ceiling is low, you can omit this process and go directly to the next process. Usually, 38 light steel keels are used, and the spacing is 900-1000 mm. Generally, the light steel keel needs to be installed parallel to the room in the long direction and arched, and the height is 1/200 ~ 1/300 of the room span.
4, the installation of the spring leaf
Connect with light steel keel with suspenders. If the grille ceiling is relatively low, you can directly install the spring leaf on the suspender, omitting this process, the distance is between 900- 1000mm, and then clamp the spring leaf on the suspender.
5. Install the grid main bone and auxiliary bone.
According to the design drawings, the main and auxiliary bones of ceiling grille are pre-assembled.
6. Installation of grille
The pre-installed grid ceiling should be hung through the main bone hole with a hook, and then the whole grid ceiling can be adjusted to the level after it is connected.
