Cai Lun (about 63~ 12 1), a native of Guiyang County in the Eastern Han Dynasty, was the inventor of papermaking, one of the "four great inventions" in ancient China. It is said that Leiyang people are today, which comes from Notes on Water Classics. The author is from the Northern Wei Dynasty and has never been to the Southern Dynasties. There are many mistakes in the records of the southern water system.

Hu Teng, Zi Zisheng, a native of Guiyang, was a Shang Shu in the Eastern Han Dynasty. He studied under Dou Wu, the father of Dou Miao, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and first engaged in Nanyang and Jingzhou Division. Zhao Yun (? -229), Zi Zilong, was born in Zhengding, Changshan, Three Kingdoms (now Zhengding, Hebei). The classic story of "Zhao Zilong takes Guiyang" in Romance of the Three Kingdoms, one of China's ancient "Four Great Classical Novels", makes Guiyang a famous city in the Three Kingdoms. Zhao Zilong also served as the magistrate of Guiyang for three years.

Li Sicong, a peaceful man, was a scholar in Hongwu of Ming Dynasty. He taught pedestrians. He was sent to Myanmar on the orders of Zhu Yuanzhang, the Ming emperor. He is cautious, self-sufficient, values righteousness over profit, and respects everything in the country. He also wrote "The Story of Everything in the World" and went to North Korea. Zhu Yuanzhang gave him a gift, promoted Jiangxi Chief Secretary to participate in politics, and received two salaries.

Luo Yili, a native of Guiyang, was a scholar in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty. He taught pedestrians to be pedestrians and was appointed to the Great Wall. His honest character is respected by the local people.

Han Baoying, a native of Guiyang, is the "adopted daughter" of Shi Dakai, the wing king of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. In folklore, she is a strange girl with both civil and military skills, clear loyalty and filial piety, clear love and hate, and sentient beings and righteousness.

Chen Shijie (1824~ 1893), a native of Sizhou, Guiyang, was deeply appreciated and relied on by Zeng Guofan. He had a deep friendship with Wang Kaiyun, a celebrity in the late Qing Dynasty, and served as the governor of Zhejiang and Shandong provinces successively.

Shi Xia (1839~ 1906), a native of Li Antang, Guiyang, and a nephew of Chen Shijie, was once the governor of Jiangxi and Shaanxi, assistant minister of the Ministry of War, right deputy ambassador of Duchayuan, etc., all of whom were ambassadors, and were given a seal and awarded Dr. Guanglu and General Jianwei.

Xia Shoutian (1870~ 1937), the son of Shi Xia, ranked second in high school, and became close friends with Qi Baishi and Yang Du.

He used to be the Aviation Engineering Department and Equipment Technology Department of Nanjing Military Region Air Force, and the Standing Committee of Nanjing Military Region Air Force Party Committee. He was awarded the rank of Major General in 19 1 year.

Deng Zuxuan (1944~), a native of Qinglan, Guiyang, graduated from Nanjing Senior Army School, served as political commissar of Guangdong Armed Police Corps from 1996, and was promoted to the rank of Major General of Armed Police Force from 1998, and was a deputy to the Ninth National People's Congress.

James Soong (1942 ~) is the only "elected governor" and chairman of the People First Party in Taiwan Province Province.

Deng Xiaogang (1967~), a native of Guiyang, graduated from China Agricultural University, majoring in agricultural economic management, with a master's degree and a doctorate in management, and is a senior economist. Liao Qianqian, a native of Ouyang Hai, Guiyang, went to Shenzhen after graduating from Dongjiang Normal University and signed a contract with Guangdong New Era Music Co., Ltd.

Fan, a native of Rucheng, worked in the Hunan Opera Troupe in Guiyang County before becoming famous. Now he is a soloist in the Art Troupe of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. /kloc-0 won the gold medal of "Young Singers Grand Prix" in Hunan Province in 1998, and/kloc-0 won the title of "Galaxy Star" in Southeast TV Station for 9 times in 1999.
