Xinyang University Library has a total construction area of 2 1.960 m2 and has more than 2,700 reading seats. The whole library implements the integration of collection, lending and reading, and provides full shelf service. The weekly opening time is more than 70 hours. The circulation department borrows and returns 360,000 books annually, and the periodical reading room receives 400,000 readers annually.
