1. Borrow books with my library card, and the reader's borrowing authority is shown in the following table; Readers can borrow several issues of books and albums.

2. The library card is for personal use only, and the borrower shall be responsible for the consequences of lending the library card to others, and stop using the library card for one month;

3. When borrowing books, please check whether the books are incomplete or defaced. If there is, it must be declare in advance, otherwise the borrower will be responsible;

4. If the returned books have new sketches or defaces, they shall be compensated according to the seriousness of the case;

5. If the borrowed books are lost, they shall be compensated to the Finance Department according to 5~8 times of the original book price, or the same expenses as the original books, and the 5 yuan handling fee shall be paid;

6. Those who have expired books cannot borrow books. If it is overdue, the overdue occupation fee of 0. 1 yuan per book shall be paid every day;

7. Books due during the winter and summer vacations can be returned within two weeks after the start of school, and there is no need to pay overdue occupation fees;

8. Those who take books out of the library without going through the formalities of borrowing books are regarded as serious violations, and will be compensated ten times the amount of the original books, and those with bad circumstances will be made public.
