Qingpu Library was founded in 1959 and 12. After two relocations, it moved to Puyang Pavilion on the lakeside of xia yang in July 2007 and officially opened on August 28th. Puyang Pavilion was designed by Ma Qingyun, a famous designer.

Qingpu Library was first located in Zhongshan Street, qingpu town, and then moved to No.34 Chengzhong North Road 1986, and moved to its present address in 2007.
