Service Mode and Management of guiyang university Library
Based on the golden disk system, the library fully realizes the computer system management of acquisition, cataloging, circulation, periodical management, business statistics, public inquiry and other subsystems. At present, it can provide various types and levels of services such as reference consultation, book borrowing, electronic resource inquiry, user training, tape and CD copying, and document delivery. The service mode has gradually changed from passive to active, realizing the large circulation service mode of collecting, lending, reading and consulting, providing readers with an all-round open-shelf lending mode and gradually realizing the service goal of open access. In order to provide readers with more convenient services, the library homepage was opened, which made the library go out of the traditional basic functions of book collection and document preservation and the borrowing method, and gradually turned to network management, realizing the digitalization of document information and the modernization of service means.
