He also published papers such as On Chen Tai Ji Chuan's Five-Level Kung Fu, Chen Tai Ji Chuan's Energy, and Chen Tai Ji Chuan's Shaking Stick, which enriched Tai Ji Chuan's theoretical research. Chen Xiaowang also published a video teaching film about Chen Tai Ji Chuan's boxing, equipment and pushing hands, which was distributed in many languages at home and abroad. In order to promote Tai Ji Chuan with Chen style, based on the traditional Tai Ji Chuan with Chen style, Tai Ji Chuan with Chen style 38, Tai Ji Chuan with Chen style 19 and Tai Ji Chuan with Chen style 9 were compiled, which made Tai Ji Chuan with Chen style become a wonderful martial arts flower more popular with the masses.
