This function can count the number of product categories, such as: = SUMPRODUCT ((a1:a100 = "Zhang San") * (B 1: B 100 = "washing machine")), and find that column A is Zhang San.

1. Open Excel 2007, create a data table of gender statistics, and prepare relevant data. As shown in the figure below:

2. Enter the formula =countif () in the cell after the gender "male". As shown in the figure below:

3. In the brackets of formula (), select the relevant data under gender. As shown in the figure below:

4. Comma, separate and select the "male" cell, and then press Enter. As shown in the figure below:

5. The number of girls is the same as that of boys (just change the cell behind the comma and select girls). As shown in the figure below:

6. If the gender data is locked, it is more convenient to drop it down (for example, $A$ 1). As shown in the figure below:
