Matters needing attention in as-built drawings:
1, the compilation of as-built drawings shall be systematically classified according to the unit project and different majors.
2. Where the project is constructed according to the construction drawing, the unit preparing the as-built drawing shall affix the completion stamp in the blank space near the drawing mark of the construction drawing (clean blueprint), and the relevant personnel shall personally sign it.
3. For general drawing changes, the preparation unit can directly redraw the construction drawing according to the basis of design changes, indicate the basis of changes and modifications, and affix the completion stamp and sign it.
4. If the major changes or changing parts found in the structural form, process, plane layout and engineering cannot be redrawn on the original construction drawing, the completion drawing shall be redrawn and stamped with the completion stamp. The redrawn drawing must have the drawing name and drawing number, and the drawing number can be numbered according to the original drawing.
5. All drawings used for redrawing as-built drawings must be new blueprints or white drawings drawn by plotters, and old drawings or copied drawings shall not be used.
6. All professional as-built drawings must be listed in the catalogue, and invalid drawings must be deleted from the catalogue. The name and number of the supplementary drawings must be listed in the catalogue, stamped with the completion stamp and signed by the relevant personnel.
7. As-built drawings must meet the requirements of relevant drawing standards, and the drawn as-built drawings must be accurate, clear and complete, which can truly reflect the actual situation of the project.
