Baiyun District Library was founded in 1956, formerly known as suburban library, belonging to suburban cultural centers. 1April, 974, suburban library was renamed suburban library. 1983 moved to Xianlie East Road in Guangzhou in September 137. 1987 suburban library was officially renamed Baiyun district library. 1July, 988, our library was formally established separately. Moved to the present site in 2005, with convenient transportation, elegant environment and bright lights. In June 2006, Baiyun Branch of Guangzhou Children's Library was established.
