According to Announcement No.2 and No.3, Ministry of Finance, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China 10:

(1)202 1, 1, to 1, 2023, 1, 3 1, are exempt from book wholesale and retail value-added tax.

(2) From 202 11October1to 2023 1 February 31,the ticket income of popular science units and the ticket income of party and government departments and science associations at or above the county level to carry out popular science activities are exempt from value-added tax.
