The standard requires that the evaluation score of modern technology and equipment, database construction and automation network construction be not less than 80 points. Air conditioning is the equipment to maintain proper temperature and humidity in the library. Within the scope of investigation, the Capital Library meets the requirements of national first-class libraries and is air-conditioned.
