Second, the issue of credibility.

Before I buy a book, the website prompts me to pay online and deliver it the next day. The day after I paid online, I said that it was delivered on July 20th, but it was not delivered on July 20th. It was still delivered on July 26th and delivered on July 27th. I received the goods in August 1, but fortunately there is no problem with the books.

Third, service supervision.

The customer has no right to refund after paying the order. Websites can do whatever they want. Customers encounter problems such as not delivering books for a long time, sending the wrong books, and incomplete books. There is no place to complain (the customer service phone can't get through, and the website can't be contacted), and there is no corresponding place to ask for a refund. The website did not mention this problem, at least the above two problems were mentioned on the website, but they were not implemented.
