Leisure Square, formerly known as Jingdezhen People's Square, is located in the most central area of Jingdezhen. Leisure Square is a famous landmark in Jingdezhen, and its surrounding area is also the commercial center of Jingdezhen. Jingdezhen Leisure Plaza used to be a standard sports ground, including the podium in the east, with a total construction area of about 34,000 square meters. Together with Jingdezhen Gymnasium in the north of the square, it constitutes the sports center of Jingdezhen City. Later, the square was completely transformed and today's garden-style city square was built. The original sports function was completely replaced by the park function.

On the east side of the square is the commercial street of South Square Road and Jingdezhen Library. To the south and southwest is Jingdezhen Porcelain Street (Lianhe Road, where the famous Li Jinchang Ceramic Trading Market is also located); To the west is the bustling Zhushan Road Commercial Street; To the north are Jingdezhen Gymnasium and Guangchang North Road Commercial Street.

There are many sculptures reflecting the porcelain-making situation in Jingdezhen in the leisure square east of Lianhe Road and west of Little Square. The vivid image is very helpful for foreign tourists to understand the process and technology of Jingdezhen porcelain making. It has almost become a must-see for foreign tourists, and it is one of the more famous landmark attractions of Jingdezhen ceramic culture display.
