Nowadays, there are many foreign martial arts schools, such as Taekwondo and Muay Thai, which are very fashionable now, including our local Sanda. Almost every city has various training courses, clubs and so on, and many people practice.
Those who practice boxing through these channels rarely learn the basic skills, but directly start to learn the methods of attack and defense. For this situation, there is a special word in our language to describe it: that is, "tokenistic gesture". This means that this kind of attack is harmless, in other words, he can fight, but ... it doesn't hurt others at all.
So the first point of martial arts is to make your attack lethal.
Some students may have noticed that I used the word "lay the foundation" several times.
According to the process of master and his elderly tutor, people who practice martial arts must first play basic skills for about ten years. The main purpose of practicing Melaleuca paper is to practice boxing. In terms of materials, it is best to use the kind of grass paper that goes to the grave on Qingming Festival. What is needed is the "softness" of that kind of paper.
Meanwhile, "Melaleuca" is not an accurate numerical concept. It is called this name because in ancient law, it takes about three years to crush a piece of paper every day.
Of course, you can't really count 1000 sheets one by one, so the practical standard is that you stick this pile of paper on the wall, and even if you hit it hard, you won't feel any impact on hard objects. Very soft, your phalanx will not have obvious pain, so the thickness is similar. However, it should be noted that the paper layer can be thicker on this basis, but it must not be too thin.
If you really can't buy toilet paper, you can pile a lot of newspapers together. Take two pieces of cardboard or sawdust, clip the paper together, punch it and hang it on the wall. The height is roughly in the chin position of ordinary people.

At first, you may feel very uncomfortable. But it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter, even if the initial action will be slow and incoherent, these three points must be completed every time.
According to the individual's physique, the number of blows per day may be different.
If you find that the fist joints are obviously red and swollen, you can stop practicing that day and don't continue.
Next is another key point-medication.
After I finished practicing that year, I soaked my hands with the medicinal liquor prepared by the master himself. Everyone should not have this condition, but you can go to the drugstore to buy a bottle of "safflower oil" for external use, which is also a medicinal liquor for treating traumatic injuries. After practicing every day, rub every joint of your fist with safflower oil as carefully as possible and massage for 20 to 30 minutes to ensure that the drug effect penetrates into your body.
Then repeat this process every day until the fist face is red and swollen-stop practicing-rub medicinal liquor-continue the next day.
In the meantime, these papyrus will be slowly broken one by one because of your constant beating, until you break the last papyrus, that is, Cheng Xiao. This process may take two or three years, or four or five years, and the time spent by everyone may be different. But the same thing is that the whole process is boring, that is, practicing day after day.

By the way, practice your breath. After all, if you only coach boxing, it is still a bit bad not to coach.
Practicing Qi is what everyone has heard of as "meditation".
However, this kind of "meditation" does not require you to sit straight there. Whether you are sitting, lying, lying or standing, as long as you can relax, there are no distractions and concentrate.
Because this is a process of meditation with the brain.
The first stage is to be able to relax and think nothing in my mind. How do you feel? In other words, you are only aware of your own existence, and nothing around you exists.
However, this feeling is definitely not sleeping. Your brain is conscious and constantly thinking, but now it doesn't think about anything or even process signals from other organs of the body, so it doesn't feel the existence of its surroundings.

Then there is the second stage, when the brain begins to "imagine" things.

You can imagine the power of the attack infinitely, even if it is impossible in reality, such as flying a person with one punch.
There is no limit to imagining things, even your usual work and life, you can imagine and recall, for example, what happened yesterday, you can play it back in your mind. You can also imagine whether it was handled properly at that time, what would happen if it was handled in another way, and so on.
Meditate in this feeling, and your brain will be unusually clear. After a lot of practice, even an imaginary picture will appear, just like the feeling you saw with your own eyes.
However, there is a very important key point: try not to imagine negative emotions, otherwise the subconscious mind of the body is likely to force you out of meditation.
This process of meditation practice seems nothing special, but after a long period of practice, you may feel some changes that cannot be described in words.
