Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment, standardize enrollment behavior and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Articles of Association of hunan city university and the relevant policies and regulations of the education authorities, combined with the actual situation of the school.

Chapter II General Situation of Schools

Article 2 hunan city university is a provincial public full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. The English name of hunan city university is "Hunan City University", and the national standard code is 1 1527. The school is located in Yiyang City, Hunan Province, 40 kilometers away from Changsha City, with convenient transportation. Article 7 The school, represented by the National Civil Engineering Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, has 34 teaching platforms for practical teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education at or above the provincial level. It has 28 scientific research innovation platforms at or above the provincial level, including the State Key Laboratory of Hunan Province, the key technologies of digital urban and rural spatial planning, and the collaborative research and development center of postdoctoral research mobile stations.

Article 8 The school, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Yiyang Municipal People's Government jointly established Hunan New Smart City Research Institute in the school. The school and Nanxian People's Government jointly opened the first "Rural Revitalization Planning Institute" in the province. Signed strategic cooperation agreements with many government departments such as Yiyang City, Jiayuguan City, Changsha High-tech Zone and Qiyang County. The school has signed Industry-University-Research cooperation agreements and internship base agreements with more than 400 well-known enterprises such as China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), China Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Article 9 The school has four school-run enterprises, including Planning and Architectural Design Institute and Smart City Research Institute. Among them, the Institute of Planning and Architectural Design has six Grade A qualifications, including urban and rural planning, construction engineering and municipal roads. It is unique among the two universities in Hunan Province, and it is a "national high-tech enterprise" with an output value of 220 million yuan in 20 19.

Article 10 The undergraduate program of visual communication design approved by the Ministry of Education in 20 14 (hereinafter referred to as Sino-Singapore cooperative education) was jointly organized by hunan city university and Viteria Community Polytechnic (New Zealand), and successfully passed the evaluation of undergraduate education project of the Ministry of Education in 20 19; The Confucius Institute cooperated with Cape Coast University in Ghana.

Chapter III Levels and Scope of Enrollment

Article 14 The enrollment majors of the school in 2020 are: urban and rural planning, architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, urban underground space engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, safety engineering, engineering management, engineering cost, real estate development and management, business administration, financial management, tourism management, urban management, water supply and drainage science and engineering, building environment and energy application engineering, geographic information science, surveying and mapping engineering, Chinese language and literature, and Chinese international education. Fifteenth academic qualifications, degree certificates: qualified graduates will be awarded full-time undergraduate diplomas from ordinary colleges and universities by hunan city university; Graduates who meet the criteria for awarding bachelor's degrees will be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of general higher education by hunan city university.

Article 16 The major of Visual Communication Design (Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools) is a national enrollment plan for ordinary colleges and universities, and participates in the national unified enrollment examination for ordinary colleges and universities. The educational system is 4 years, and the joint training mode of 3+ 1 is adopted. In the first three years, New Zealand visual art design courses and textbooks were introduced according to regulations, and some courses were taught by New Zealand teachers in our school. In the fourth year, students voluntarily choose to study at Victoria Polytechnic or continue their studies in hunan city university. If you choose to study in Victoria Institute of Technology, New Zealand, and complete the courses specified in this project and pass the examination, you can obtain the Bachelor's degree certificate of applied literature in visual arts and design issued by Victoria Institute of Technology, New Zealand, and you can also obtain the undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree certificate issued by hunan city university. If you choose to continue studying in hunan city university and pass the exam, you can get a bachelor's degree certificate. Those who meet the conditions for conferring degrees in hunan city university will be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate.

Chapter IV Enrollment Rules and Measures

Article 17 In principle, the proportion of schools consulting candidates' files shall not exceed 102%.

Eighteenth professional candidates, according to the college entrance examination score first, follow the principle of voluntary professional admission, in the case of the same score, according to the word, number, foreign weight priority admission.

Nineteenth schools recognize the provisions of the provincial (city, autonomous region) education department on adding or subtracting points.

Twentieth to recognize the results of the provincial art examination (joint examination). At the time of filing, the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination and the scores of the professional unified examination (joint examination) must reach the minimum admission control score line of the corresponding art major designated by the province (city, autonomous region) where the students are located. The principle of filing ratio and filing method shall be subject to the provisions of the provincial examination institute of the place of origin. The admission principles are as follows:

Five majors, such as musicology, dance performance, fine arts, environmental design and visual communication design, are admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores (cultural score of college entrance examination ×30%+ professional score ×70%), and those with high professional scores are given priority under the same circumstances; Those with the same professional grades will be admitted in turn according to the Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive scores of the college entrance examination.

Visual communication design (Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools) is admitted from high to low according to the English scores of the college entrance examination, and those with high professional scores are given priority in the case of the same score; Those with equivalent professional achievements will be given priority in the college entrance examination. Those with the same cultural scores in the college entrance examination will be admitted in the order of Chinese, mathematics and comprehensive scores in the college entrance examination.

Twenty-first visual communication design (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) is subject to professional voluntary admission, and candidates who have not filled in professional volunteers for professional adjustment will not be admitted.

Twenty-second actively promote the enrollment according to the professional category, the first school year according to the unified talent training program, the second school year according to the professional training. In 2020, English and business English will be enrolled by foreign languages and literature, and polymer materials and engineering, composite materials and engineering will be enrolled by materials.

Twenty-third provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) involved in the reform of college entrance examination, candidates must meet the requirements of professional selection, otherwise they will not be admitted.

Twenty-fourth sports professional filing methods and admission principles shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant measures of the province (city, autonomous region) where the candidates are located.

Twenty-fifth candidates who apply for foreign language and literature majors are required to be qualified in spoken English. If it is inconsistent with the provisions of the enrollment documents of Shengyuan Province in that year, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Shengyuan Province (city, autonomous region).

Twenty-sixth candidates who apply for foreign language and literature major in our school must have a score of 100 (150) or above.

Twenty-seventh rural junior high schools in Hunan Province, the starting point of six-year primary school teachers at the undergraduate level at public expense, the training plan for normal students, the enrollment work in accordance with the relevant policies of the state and the Hunan Provincial Department of Education.

Twenty-eighth candidates can not meet all the professional volunteers, in case of professional adjustment, they will be transferred to other majors. If you don't obey professional adjustment, you will be dismissed.

Twenty-ninth in addition to the majors specified in the professional enrollment plan, the school does not restrict candidates from taking foreign languages.

Thirtieth requirements for the health of candidates, the implementation of the "physical examination standards" and related supplementary provisions.

Chapter V Enrollment Discipline

Thirty-second schools send teachers and cadres who abide by the relevant national enrollment policies and regulations to participate in enrollment publicity and enrollment work. Admissions publicity and enrollment staff must participate in the enrollment policies, regulations and technical training organized by the school, and the enrollment staff must also pass the examination. Participants must have no immediate family members to participate in the local college entrance examination that year. Admissions staff should strictly abide by the enrollment discipline and strictly implement the "30 no" regulations and confidentiality system of the Ministry of Education's enrollment work.

Chapter VI Charging Standards

Article 33 Schools follow the principle of territoriality and charge students fees according to the charging standards approved by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance and the Hunan Provincial Department of Education.

Thirty-fourth students must pay tuition, accommodation and books according to the regulations of the school.

Chapter VII Measures of Awards, Loans and Assistance

Article 35 In order to encourage students to develop in an all-round way, the school establishes scholarships for outstanding students. Excellent scholarships are awarded to 30% of the total number of students, including 4000 yuan/year for the principal, 800 yuan/year for the first-class scholarship, 500 yuan/year for the second-class scholarship and 300 yuan/year for the third-class scholarship. Chapter VIII Other Provisions and Preferential Policies

Supplementary rules

Article 40 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the school admissions office shall be responsible for the interpretation. In case of any conflict between the previous relevant provisions and the Articles of Association, the provisions of the Articles of Association shall prevail.
