The public parking lot management unit shall, in accordance with the provisions, waive the parking fee for vehicles with barrier-free requirements.

9. Owners and managers of barrier-free facilities shall set up barrier-free facilities signs in accordance with national standards, and protect and maintain barrier-free facilities and their signs.
No unit or individual may damage or occupy blind roads, barrier-free toilets, vertical elevators, wheelchair access and other barrier-free facilities, or change its use.
What are the penalties for not carrying out barrier-free construction as required?
In violation of the provisions of these measures, laws and regulations stipulate legal responsibilities, and its provisions shall apply.
In violation of the provisions of these measures, urban construction, renovation and expansion of roads, public buildings, public transport facilities, residential buildings and residential areas do not meet the standards for the construction of barrier-free facilities, and the competent department of housing and urban and rural construction of the people's government at or above the county level shall order it to make corrections and punish it according to law.
In violation of the provisions of these measures, the owner or manager of barrier-free facilities fails to set signs of barrier-free facilities in accordance with national standards, or fails to protect and maintain barrier-free facilities and their signs, and the relevant competent department shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, the relevant competent department shall impose a fine of more than 5000 yuan and less than 50000 yuan.
