The left deviation of the electric axis can be seen in normal people.

P-wave broadening used to represent left atrial hypertrophy, but now it is basically not used. Because ECG is not as sensitive as color Doppler ultrasound in observing the anatomical structure of the heart, it is only meaningful when ECG indicates left atrial hypertrophy, which can be excluded or not by color Doppler ultrasound.
