Zhang Zhiyuan, also known as Zhang Guorui, 19 17 was a native of Sizhuang, Xinxian County, 1936 took part in the revolutionary work, and 1937 joined the China Production Party in May. He used to be Commissioner of Ximeng in Pianguan County, Secretary of the Materials Bureau of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, Secretary of the Democratic Movement Department of Jinsui Administrative Office, Secretary of the Seventh District Committee of Zhongxinxin County, Organization Minister of Zhongxinxin County Committee, Deputy Secretary and County Magistrate of Zhongxinxin County Committee, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of Zhongxinxin County Committee, Member of Local Committee and Deputy Secretary of Geological Supervision Committee.
When studying in New China, Comrade Zhang Zhiyuan began to read progressive books and seek the truth of saving the country under the influence of progressive teachers. 1in the summer of 936, Comrade Zhang Zhiyuan was admitted to taiyuan normal after graduating from high school. In winter, Bo Yibo and other comrades organized a Ximeng meeting in Taiyuan to carry out the work of resisting Japan and saving the nation. Comrade Zhang Zhiyuan took an active part and sent him to work in Ximeng County. I studied for several months, and in the spring of the following year, during the training of Ximeng Training Course, I joined the China * * * Production Party through the introduction of Zhang Bingguang. According to the Records of New County, Zhang Zhiyuan, the grandfather of the same clan, was not only the first newly liberated county magistrate in New County, but also the "first chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress". As far as I know, this position is equivalent to the current director of the National People's Congress, which the villagers did not know before.
According to the seniority of the villagers, I call them grandpa. The exact name should be Grandpa Erheng. Due to the "friendly exchanges" of the older generation, there is an unspeakable "affection" between us. I may have seen grandpa Erheng when he was alive. Speaking of impressions, I will tell the truth: no, but some things about his old man's house are often mentioned by the villagers. When Grandpa was alive, I often mentioned Grandpa Erheng. When my grandfather Zhang Fuhe was alive, he often mentioned Grandpa Erheng ... what they said at that time, because I was young and didn't remember ... so it was my "sin".
Erheng's grandmother is called Zhang Runmei. The villagers know little about Grandpa Erheng's life story. It is said that his old man's house was the first county magistrate after the liberation of Xinxian County, and his previous position and work were unknown. Fortunately, there is such a "profile", at least knowing that the old man joined the China * * * Production Party in 1937, worked in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, and served as the organization minister of Xinxian prefectural party committee. ...
