The application time is from 8: 00 am to 6: 00 pm every Sunday to Thursday; Friday to Saturday 8:00 am-8: 00 pm.

The new library located in Tuanchengshan Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "new library") is expected to meet the public on 20 12 10, and will be open seven days a week.

The new building has a total construction area of 9 184m2 and a building height of 24.3m The building structure has four floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The relocation work is in progress. The old library located in the city center will be transformed into Huangshi Children's Library.
