Assuming that there are at most 30 students in a class, we can set every 32 labels (including the label where the class information is located) as a piece of paper and print the information of a class candidate. The paper size should be set to 104*350, and the layout should be 1 row 1 column without horizontal spacing. After batch generation and printing, it is convenient to distinguish bar code labels of students in different classes.
Add candidate information database table
Click Database Settings in the toolbar above the software, click Add, click Browse in the pop-up window to select the corresponding database table, then click Open-Test Connection, and click Add after data loading.
Add the corresponding student exam barcode label information on the label paper.
Add class information to the bar code label of the student exam.
1. On the set label paper, click "A" on the left to draw ordinary text on the canvas, and then double-click to pop up "Graphic Properties". Under Graphics Properties-Basic, the width is 100 and the height is 20.
2. Click Data Source-+-Database Import, and select category information as the first row of column A in the table, starting with 1 and with an interval of 3 1 (the interval can display category 2 information on the 33rd tab).
3. Click "Add" after setting. If the font display effect is not good, you can adjust the font size and position adjustment in the toolbar above.
Add candidate information to the bar code label of the student exam.
1. Draw a rectangular box. The size of the rectangular frame is the same as that of the small label paper, which is 50*20. Rectangular frame can be used for positioning without printing. You can select a rectangle and set it as Invisible in the upper toolbar. The paper spacing is 2, and the position of the rectangular frame here needs to keep a distance of 2mm from the first information label.
2. Add barcode and plain text in the rectangular box, and add name, seat number, test number, etc.
