The Historical Evolution of southeast university library
Southeast university library is one of the oldest university libraries in China. Its predecessor was the library building of Sanjiang Normal School, which was built in 1902. During the period of 65438-0923 National Southeast University, it was independently built and named as Fangmeng Library of National Southeast University. This building is regarded as one of the outstanding works of China Library in the early 20th century. In the past hundred years, the library has experienced the historical development stages of "Library and Instrument Department" of Nanjing Normal University, Fangmeng Library of National Southeast University, National Central University Library and Nanjing Institute of Technology Library. , and changed its name to southeast university library on 1988. In April 2000, Nanjing Railway Medical College and other universities merged with Dongda University, and in March 2007, the library of Jiulong Lake New Campus was built. Southeast university library has formed the library system of the main library of Jiulonghu Campus, the engineering branch of Sipailou Campus and the medical branch of Dingjiaqiao Campus. The overall layout is reasonable and the functions are complete, and the service function of the library is further improved.
