When was the system of "three audits and three schools" introduced?
In the 1950s. The three-level peer review system, which consists of editor's preliminary review, editor's review and editor's final review, is a long-term internal peer review system stipulated by the state. Starting from the second half of 20 19, the General Administration of Press and Publication requires local magazines to implement the policies and regulations of "three reviews and three schools". Three-proofreading system means that full-time proofreaders should proofread the manuscript at least three times from editing to final release.
