The branch libraries (reference rooms) of 23 colleges (departments and institutes) in the whole school accept the unified leadership of the library in business and form a library system together with the library. The library system has realized unified business management, unified resource construction and unified document information service, and formed a document resource guarantee network covering the whole school.

In 2007, there were 229 staff members in the library system, including Library 196 and 33 branch libraries (reference rooms) in 22 colleges (departments and institutes).
