The library of Wuzhou University, formerly known as the Library of Wuzhou Branch of Guangxi University (hereinafter referred to as the "Library"), was founded in 1985. In 2003, the library of Wuzhou Education College merged with the library of Wuzhou Normal School. In 2006, Wuzhou Branch of Guangxi University was upgraded to Wuzhou College, and the library was renamed Wuzhou College Library. The library now consists of the main library in the north campus and the branch library in the west campus. The main library has a building area of 23 169 square meters, and the main building has six floors, each with a circular corridor 4-6 meters wide, which is unique. Since August 2004, our library has replaced the "Shenzhen University Library Information Management Integrated System" (SULCMIS) as the computer management system for library work, and the editing, circulation and retrieval of the library are all managed by computers. Construction of CNKI China academic journals and mirror websites of e-books such as Wanfang, Weipu and Jintu; The network uses foreign language databases, such as Springer and EBSCO.
