Hangzhou Library uses a reader's card or a citizen's card for Mid-Autumn Festival registration. The reader card number of the citizen card is the ID number, and the default password is the ID number 9- 14. You can change your password at the information desk in the library.

Hangzhou Library is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Founded in July, 1958. The old library is located on Qingnian Road and Huansha Road. In 1994 national library evaluation and grading, it was rated as a first-class library and a national civilized library.
