Wuhan Vocational College of Social Work is a public full-time college approved by the Hubei Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is also one of the only two specialized social work universities in China.
The college is located in Wuhan East Lake Science and Technology Cultural Zone, adjacent to Wuhan China Optical Valley. Located on Mount Khufu overlooking the South Lake, it is a garden-style school with lush trees and scattered buildings.
