1. Swimming pool building

Area: 3,900 square feet

This17× 60ft swimming pool has an underwater music system, and the bottom of the pool is painted with animal fossils. Swimmers can not only swim under the glass roof, but also swim outdoors. There are four showers and two bathrooms in the dressing room next to it.

2. Fitness facilities

Area: 2,500 square feet

Including sauna, steam room, men's and women's changing rooms and a 20-foot trampoline room.

3. Library

Area: 2 100 square foot

The vault reading room of this ornate library has a light-transmitting opening, which contains a stove and two hidden rotating bookshelves, one of which has a small bar. This is the Da Vinci16th century manuscript that Gates bought for $30.8 million.

4. Magnificent stairs

Size: 92 feet long and 63 feet high.

The tower-shaped Douglas fir beam supports the stainless steel roof, which is surrounded by glass, concrete and stone walls. Most of the houses are on the hillside, and the window facing the lake can see the scenery west of Seattle. From the entrance to the ground floor, you have to go to the 84th floor. People who are afraid of fainting can also take the elevator.

5. Home theater

Size: 1, 500 feet

This 20-seat art cinema is equipped with luxurious plush chairs, recliners and popcorn machines, which is as good as the projection room of Hollywood studios. The monitor can play HDTV.

6. Main restaurant

Area: 1 1,000 square feet

You can entertain 24 guests at the same time by the fire and enjoy the boundless scenery on the third floor. Next to it is a 39×23-foot high-class kitchen.

7. Office (backstage)

Area: 1, 900 square feet. Above the reception hall is a conference room and office, and one room is a computer room.

8. Living room

Area: 2,300 square feet

The reception hall partially buried underground can accommodate 150 people for dinner or 200 people for cocktail party. One wall is a 6-foot-wide limestone furnace, and the other is a 22-foot-wide TV wall composed of 24 40-inch screen rear projection TVs. Next to it is another high-end kitchen dedicated to this living room.

9. Multipurpose room

Size: 90 square feet

Originally designed as a gallery, this room is now a multi-purpose room with a video projector. This room is almost completely underground, with a platform on it. The room is illuminated by a large light well, and the corridor connects the host family and the housekeeping department.

10. Guest room

Area: 1, 900 square feet

A bedroom, a bathroom and a stove.

This high-tech underground cave, almost completely hidden, is the first part of this mansion (1992 completed). Gates often goes to this room to escape from the world, and most of the contents of The Road to the Future are completed here.

Area: 6,300 square feet

This cave-like building is the largest and most hidden of all three garages. It is made entirely of cement and stainless steel, and can easily park 10 cars. Some concrete parts are deliberately ruined, giving people a sense of "destruction".

Area: 3000 square feet

Including security room, mail room, greenhouse and garage. The entrance to the ground floor of this building is right here.

13. Shipyard

Area: 530 square feet

Under the roof of this simple wooden house is a water outlet for a small airship to pass through, next to a hydraulic massage pool. Who is in the swimming pool? Look at the small picture next to it.

14. Amateur sports building

Area: 900 square feet

A variety of sports venues, a golf course and two rowing docks are connected to each other.

15. Estuary

Part of the reason for designing such artificial rivers and wetlands is to solve the water flow in the retaining wall behind the room. Salmon and piranha are raised in the river.
