Professional examinations are organized by our college alone, and are generally arranged at the end of February and the beginning of March of that year. In addition to setting up examination rooms in Beijing University, examination centers have also been set up in some cities in other provinces to facilitate candidates' registration. In recent years, Shenyang, Qingdao, Wuhan, Nanjing, Chengdu, Lanzhou, Guangzhou and other places have set up professional test sites. Several test sites are open at the same time. Candidates choose the nearest test center to take the exam. The school has restrictions on which provinces candidates can take the exam in Beijing. Please know in advance and don't delay the exam.
In addition to the fine arts major, other majors take the form of on-site registration by candidates themselves. Before registering, candidates should carefully read this year's "Admissions Guide", understand the enrollment majors and registration requirements, and choose the majors to apply for, especially the registration methods for part-time majors. In addition to filling in the registration form, you should also prepare 3 photos of your ID card, the original and photocopy of your ID card. If the ID card is lost, the original certificate issued by the local police station with my photo and ID number must be provided (the photo must be stamped with the official seal of the police station). Candidates who sign up for the art examination in this province are also required to submit the "Certificate of Qualification for Art Professional Examination" in this province. At the time of registration, candidates also need to fill in the Admission Machine Card and the Cultural Examination Notice and send them back to the envelope to pay the registration fee. After completing the registration procedures, candidates will get the admission ticket for professional examinations. The way of applying for the fine arts major is different from other majors, and candidates can apply for the exam according to the requirements stipulated in the general regulations of that year.
Different examination subjects, plastic arts majors must take four subjects: sketch, sketch, color and proposition creation; Sketch, sketch, calligraphy creation and proposition creation are required for Chinese painting majors; Calligraphy major must take three subjects: calligraphy creation, seal cutting creation and common sense of calligraphy history; Art design majors must take four subjects: sketch, color, graphic design and three-dimensional design; Architecture majors must take three subjects: sketch, color and three-dimensional design. At the beginning of the professional examination, candidates must enter the examination room with the admission ticket and ID card, which are indispensable. Candidates must take good care of their certificates. Once lost or forgotten, you will not be allowed to enter the examination room and lose the opportunity to take the exam. Candidates are not allowed to bring things unrelated to the examination, especially communication equipment, into the examination room, otherwise they will be disqualified. After entering the examination room, you should listen carefully to the invigilator read out the rules of the examination room and observe the discipline of the examination room.
After the professional examination, the examination papers will be sealed by the local test centers according to the confidentiality requirements, and will be escorted back to Beijing by special personnel for centralized and unified marking. The College Admissions Committee designates professional teachers to form scoring groups of all subjects, and scores are scored by collective scoring, and the scores are recorded on the spot after being examined and approved by experts of the Admissions Committee and the Academic Committee. The whole process is carried out under the supervision of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the original transcripts are sealed and filed by the Commission for Discipline Inspection to prevent possible fraud in the scoring process.
The College Admissions Office will publish the professional examination results on the website of our college before April 5 of that year. Candidates can check with the admission ticket and ID number, and send a notice of cultural examination to qualified candidates.
Cultural examination
Candidates who have passed the professional examination can sign up for the unified cultural examination in national colleges and universities with the notice of cultural examination sent by the college, and can fill in the volunteers of our college.
Candidates who apply for plastic arts, Chinese painting and calligraphy are not included in the total score; Candidates who apply for architecture, art design and fine arts are included in the total score. According to the unified requirements of the Ministry of Education, from 2006, all candidates who apply for art majors will count their math scores in the total score. In addition, all candidates who apply for our college must take a comprehensive exam, otherwise they will not be admitted.
Candidates majoring in art design and architecture accept both arts and sciences, and students from science provinces who have no money in literature examination are admitted according to the liberal arts standards.

According to the candidates' achievements in cultural courses and professional courses, political, ideological and moral inspection and physical examination, the candidates are selected. Different majors have different admission methods. However, for candidates with excellent professional performance, the cultural course will be given appropriate extra care at the time of admission, and for candidates with excellent professional performance, professional extra care will be given at the time of admission. At the same time, candidates with excellent results in cultural courses are given priority. The specific admission methods are: plastic arts, Chinese painting, calligraphy, art design and culture courses reach the scores specified by our college, and admission is based on professional scores; Architecture majors adopt the method that some students reach the scores of cultural courses stipulated by our college, and are admitted according to their professional scores, while some students are admitted according to their professional scores; Fine arts majors are admitted according to candidates' college entrance examination results and cultural course results.

The Central Academy of Fine Arts is the only art college directly under the Ministry of Education. Founded in April 1950, it was formed by the merger of the national Beiping Art College and the three art departments of North China University. Mao Zedong inscribed the name of the college. The history of Beiping Art College can be traced back to 19 18. The National Beijing Academy of Fine Arts was established under the active advocacy of the famous educator Mr. Cai Yuanpei. In September, 20001,the new site of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and its affiliated middle school was completed as a key cultural construction project during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period.
