World Literature Review (Academic Collection) is a large-scale literary review and academic research magazine jointly sponsored by the editorial department of Foreign Literature Research (the first AHCI journal in Chinese mainland) and Changjiang Literature and Art Publishing House. It is published twice a year, on May 3 1 day and1October 3 1 day respectively. On the proposal of Professor Zou Jianjun, deputy editor-in-chief of Foreign Literature Studies and China Poetry, editor-in-chief of Nanhai Scholarship and Lindong Poetry Magazine, and professor of the College of Literature of Huazhong Normal University, the World Literature Review was founded in May 2006, and it has been seven years since the second series of 20 12 (general number 14) was published. World Literature Review, with 500,000 words per series and more than 0 special columns per series 10, not only publishes the scientific research achievements of famous scholars and critics, but also pays attention to the scientific research achievements of young and middle-aged scholars at home and abroad. Rich in content, distinctive in viewpoint and innovative, it has been highly affirmed and widely praised by the majority of authors and readers, and has a good influence in academia, criticism and education.

Since the 20th 1 3rd1series (the total number is15th series), the World Literature Review has been published by China Publishing Group World Book Publishing Company. The revised World Literature Review consists of a new editorial board and a new Council, which are respectively held by famous scholars at home and abroad and famous literary and foreign language colleges at home and abroad. It is planned to publish 4-6 series with 256 pages each year, focusing on special topics, mainly publishing the latest academic achievements of famous scholars, and also paying attention to publishing the creative achievements of young and middle-aged scholars, covering a wider range and involving more problems, but still focusing on literary research, paying attention to literary ontology, and having nothing to do with political, military, religious and social issues.

Different from the famous domestic periodicals such as Foreign Literature Review, Foreign Literature Research, Contemporary Foreign Literature and China Comparative Literature, World Literature Review pays attention to the East and the West of world literature, and pays equal attention to western literature and eastern literature. Pay attention to the study of the relationship between the world's ethnic groups and national literature; Pay attention to reflect the latest trends of world literary creation and literary research. The papers published in World Literature Review mainly analyze the works of modern and contemporary writers from all over the world, but do not ignore the study of classic writers' works; At the same time, it emphasizes the organic combination of theoretical observation, aesthetic appreciation and critical analysis, and emphasizes the need to have its own specific research object, theoretical depth and academic awareness, so as to raise new issues for discussion, or to discuss old issues and put forward new academic opinions.

The revised World Literature Review will meet readers with a new look. The main columns are interviews with Chinese and foreign writers and scholars, academic debates, academic lectures, academic hotspots, research on British writers' works, research on American writers' works, German literature, western literature, literary geography, literary ethics, ecological literature and contemporary China literature. Comparative literature research, Chinese American literature research, literary theory research hotspots, regional literature research, Lindong poetry school research, Nanhai school research, doctoral thesis summary, latest book review, etc. , and can set up new columns according to contributions, forming new academic growth points and academic problem areas.

It is particularly worth emphasizing that the revised World Literature Review mainly focuses on the latest developments of foreign literature development and foreign literature research, writers and works of major countries in the world who have won literary prizes, writers and works of other countries except Britain and the United States, writers and works of oriental literature and third world countries, and China literature. As an important branch of world literature, China literature deserves our re-examination from the perspective and method of comparative literature, with a view to reaching a different conclusion from that of China literature researchers. The establishment of China's school of comparative literature and the internationalization of China's literary research are important issues worthy of attention.
