The fast school is located on a slope on the north shore of Beihai. This used to be the place where Cixi enjoyed snow in winter. On its right is Wulong Pavilion, on its left is Jiulong Wall and Tianwang Hall, surrounded by lush locust trees. The library has three entrances, which are divided into two parts: the library with the first and second entrances in front, and the third entrance is Caigong Temple. The reading room in the lobby is simple and quiet, with several reading desks and chairs, two magazine rack, four newspaper racks and two catalog cabinets.
