The former site of the museum was originally located in the Academic Affairs Office of Zhili, Dajing Road, Hebei Province (now Zhongshan Road, Hebei District). The collection of books is based on 65,438+0,342 books originally displayed by Mr. Yen Hsiu in Tianjin Education Products Exhibition Hall, more than 65,438+0,000 books issued by Zhili Supervision Bureau and 65,438+0,200 books specially purchased by Education Promotion Department.
