1. Connection between motor and battery
Automobile starter (commonly known as motor) consists of three parts: DC series motor, transmission mechanism and control device.
The S terminal of the series winding of the grouped DC series motor is connected to the incoming terminal of the normally open contact of the starting relay, and the other end of the series winding of the DC series motor is grounded. The outlet end of normally open contact of starting relay is connected with the positive pole of battery (commonly known as battery) through fuse, the inlet end of starting relay coil is connected with the inlet end of ignition switch, the outlet end of ignition switch is connected with the positive pole of battery (commonly known as battery) through fuse, and the outlet end of starting relay coil is grounded.
The other end of the series winding of DC series motors is grounded, the armature B end of DC series motors is connected with the battery anode, and the other end of the armature of DC series motors is grounded.
2. The motor is connected with the diesel engine.
The starting gear on the shaft of automobile starter (commonly known as motor), that is, DC series motor, is connected with the flywheel of diesel engine through meshing.
3. Wiring of generator, regulator and ammeter
There is a sign or name next to the terminal of the domestic silicon rectifier generator. "X" or "B" is the "armature" terminal, which should be connected with the incoming terminal of the ammeter, and the outgoing terminal of the ammeter is connected with the "X" pole of the battery. "F" is the "magnetic field" terminal, which is connected with the "magnetic field" terminal F of the regulator; "E" is the "ground" terminal and should be connected to the "ground" terminal E of the regulator.
